5) 3 W.I.P.s will be shown for all commissions
6) Any changes after 3 W.I.P.s results in +10% for each change.
6) No refunds after completion of commission. If cancelled in the middle of the commission, will only refund the incomplete stages.
7) +2% if no upfront payment within 7 days. (accumulates every 7 days later on).
8) Cancellation after commission starting date + ending date estimates are planned will result in a 10% charge.
1) Artist reserves the right to use art for self-promotion unless client chooses the option to be a 'private commission'.
2) All rights not expressly granted remain property of the artist.
3) Client may not edit, correct, adapt, modify or change the finished artwork in any way without permission from the artist.
4) Permission granted for client to post finished work on websites with sourcing included. Reblogs only for tumblr.com
5) All sketches/W.I.Ps remain property of the artist.
6) Client will indemnify and hold artist harmless against any claim arising from artist's reliance upon reference material provided to the artist by the client.
7) Any drama or scandal arising from artwork will not affect the artist, but is the client's responsibility.
1) Livestreaming art is do-able and will be promoted by the artist. (optional for client to promote). Multiple streams allowed unless otherwise specified.
2) Livestream scheduling is planned according to Toronto EDT time.
3) Link to the livestream will be sent to the client on the day of the stream.
4) Livestream will be taken place on either Livestream or Picarto.
5) Average livestreaming time will run from 1 - 4 hours.
1) 10% discount on all future commissions for clients that have commissioned over $500 CAD.
2) 20% discount on all future commissions for clients that have commissioned over $1,000 CAD.
3) Above discounts are valid starting from June 3rd, 2014 and beyond unless changes are made by artist.
